 President & Senior Commercial Appraiser

​Jeff founded Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 1999 after serving as both a client for appraisal services as manager of Washington Mutual Bank's national commercial appraisal department in Seattle, as well as a fee appraiser in both Seattle and Spokane. The company was created based on the idea of combining knowledge obtained as both a user and a provider of appraisal services to provide the most professional service in the Inland Northwest. This includes excellent client communication, intelligent investment analysis, and timely service. Jeff has twice served as President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and served on its National Admissions Committee. He holds the MAI designation and is a generally certified appraiser in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

 Senior Commercial Appraiser   

Brandon joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2017 after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Since joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, he has appraised a variety of commercial properties including multifamily, retail, industrial/flex facilities, gas stations, and self-storage facilities. Brandon holds the MAI designation and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Washington and Idaho and serves on the Board of Directors for the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.    

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

 Mitch grew up around real estate, developing a strong understanding of market trends and valuation. Since joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2016, he has established himself as a skilled analyst and creative writer.

With a strong research background and a problem-solving approach, he works closely with local brokers and industry professionals to provide high quality, insight-driven appraisals.

He studied at Washington State University before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Western Governors University. Mitch is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

    Certified General Real Estate Appraiser  Brady Cornelius joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2016 as a Commercial Market Researcher. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Washington State University. ​​ 

WA Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee

  Michaela joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2025 as a registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Eastern Washington University and previously spent 12 years in commercial banking.
