Jeff founded Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 1999 after serving as both a client for appraisal services as manager of Washington Mutual Bank's national commercial appraisal department in Seattle, as well as a fee appraiser in both Seattle and Spokane. The company was created based on the idea of combining knowledge obtained as both a user and a provider of appraisal services to provide the most professional service in the Inland Northwest. This includes excellent client communication, intelligent investment analysis, and timely service. Jeff has twice served as President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and served on its National Admissions Committee. He holds the MAI designation and is a generally certified appraiser in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
Senior Commercial Appraiser
Mike joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting after graduating from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's degree in finance in 2006. In his time with the company, Mike has appraised a wide variety of commercial properties including retail, industrial, office, and residential subdivisions. Mike has also worked with Low Income Housing Tax Credit developers and state agencies on dozens of Low-Income Apartment Complexes throughout Washington and Idaho. He has been an active member of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, having served on the Board of Directors (2008-2010), as Education Chair (2009), Secretary (2011), Vice President (2015), and President (2016).
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Amanda Vralsted joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Maryland, which comprehensively covers real estate finance, law, public policy, structure and site design, construction management, asset management as well as marketing and commercial leasing - all the aspects of real estate. Prior to joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc., Amanda has held positions in commercial real estate appraisal, architecture, city planning and real estate development.
Brady Cornelius joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2016 as a Commercial Market Researcher. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Washington State University.
Nick Plastino grew up on Whidbey Island, WA and attended South Whidbey High School. He spent summers in the Spokane area and has family ties to the region dating back to the 1890s. Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s in business administration, with an emphasis on finance. He has worked in commercial construction, and oil-field/pipeline construction, and as a contractor for Standard & Poors, editing and proofreading transcripts to financial meetings, investor calls, and quarterly earnings reports. He has also spent time in a business development role at an e-commerce company. Nick got his Washington State Appraiser Trainee Registration in March of 2017.
Brandon joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2017 after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, which comprehensively covers mathematical economics, microeconomic and macroeconomic theory, international economics, financial accounting, and financial derivatives. Since joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting as a trainee, Brandon has appraised a variety of property types including offices, apartment complexes, retail centers, industrial/flex facilities, and gas stations.
Born and raised in Spokane, Mitch Lembeck has been with Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. since early 2016. He attended Washington State University, majoring in Finance. Since joining Lembeck Appraisal, he has nearly three years of experience working on regional commercial real estate market research and valuation for a wide range of property types, including industrial/flex properties, land, multifamily developments, office buildings, freestanding/strip retail, convenience stores and car wash facilities. He is a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and a registered real estate appraiser trainee in the State of Washington.
Prior to joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. Claire spent over 20 years in banking and residential real estate appraisal including 4 years as Assistant Vice President/District Appraisal Manager for Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana for the largest residential lender in the country. Residentially certified for 8 years; Claire has experience in appraising and reviewing all types of 1-4 family residential properties. Since joining Lembeck and Associates as a commercial trainee, Claire has focused on multi-family housing. Claire graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and completed MBA coursework at Seattle University.
After graduating from the University of Puget Sound in 2006 with a B.S. in Geology, Doug spent ten years living and working in Bozeman, Montana. For several years, he worked in environmental consulting and construction oversight. Most recently, Doug was a commercial appraiser at the Montana Department of Revenue. Shortly after moving to Spokane in early 2018, he was welcomed to the Lembeck team and has since become a Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. Doug is the proud father of his five-year-old son, Leo, and the two of them are happily exploring all that Spokane has to offer.
